Room service schedules need clear communication!!! I encountered noise disturbances from barking dogs and could not find hooks for winter gear in the room. Parking during events creates hassle!!!

the queen room had awesome amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and neat tea/coffee maker. the bath was cozy with a shower and free toiletries. the pool and hot tub were fantastic after skiing, super relaxing. breakfast was delicious with fresh options like croissants. really clean and spacious, especially with those tall ceilings.
